- Hi all.
-
- In the next day or so, I'll be uploading a new version of GEM-DEU. The main
- changes
- from the last version that I sent are:
-
- * Dragging of THINGs and VERTEXes (click-drag-release left button).
- * Selection via the mouse of THINGs, VERTEXes, LINEs and SECTORs.
- * Multiple selection if shift held when clicking.
- * Current object window. A window which displays all the info on the current
- (or last
- selected) object.
- * SHIFT-I with multiple vertices selected 'intelegently' adds lines/sidedefs.
- * I with multiple lines selected (anti-clockwise to make it work) adds a sector
- * sprite display <sort of> works in 256 colour modes. Very difficult to read
- the text,
- and this is far from finished (it will be a windowed dialogue :).
- * some windowed dialogues added via a modified version of FLDLIB 0.93...
- * 3D preview of level integrated (new .INI option - to tell it the path to a
- PWAD compatible Bad Mood executable....)
- * Doom 2 compatibility improved... (new global variable - GAMETYPE)
-
- Things still needing serious attention:
- * node builder kills PWADs (adds/removes a byte somewhere, which confuses the
- directory...)
- * Sprite / texture browser
- * scrolling lists in eg. THINGs dialogue (selecting which THING you want)
- * tidying up the source
- * more windowed dialogues (more complex because of my menu/window)
- * mode specific menu (for things like 'Make Door from Sector' etc.)
- * edit sector dialogue (probably do this before distributing it though...)
-
- I think thats about it, or all that I can think of now, anyway...
-
- Anthony
- (ps. are you still about Robin? I dont think so...)
